Understand what Seatly distributes and where each solution fits.

Seatly’s role

Seatly acts as a commercial intermediary: it coordinates supplier sourcing, purchases, activation requests and customer follow-up through its workspace. Seatly is not the publisher of LinkedIn or Sendler. Their features, account requirements and platform rules are controlled by their respective providers.

A LinkedIn licence does not activate a Sendler workspace. A Sendler seat does not, by itself, activate a LinkedIn licence. Even when purchased together, the two services follow different activation and billing rules.

For the scope handled by Seatly, suppliers, publishers and customers, see roles and responsibilities. This description does not amend a signed agreement.

Where does the access come from?

Seatly purchases licences through B2B agreements with supplier partners, rather than sourcing stolen or illicitly obtained access. Understand licence provenance.

Names and logos

We use Sendler in these guides. Some application screens, emails and signed documents may still say Sendpilot during the naming transition. Refer to the service and the contract attached to your workspace; the naming update alone does not change a signed agreement.

Solution logos identify the third-party products being distributed. They do not imply that Seatly owns those products or that a new partnership or certification has been granted.
