Cancellations, credits and refunds

Distinguish returned activation credits, invoice adjustments and card refunds.

Three different outcomes

OutcomeWhat changes
Returned LinkedIn creditCapacity becomes available again in the workspace, with its own validity.
Billing credit / credit noteA financial adjustment, which may reduce a later invoice.
Payment-card refundMoney is returned through a payment process after a specific review or decision.

One outcome does not automatically imply another.

An eligible early failure can return the credit after the request is marked failed. The activity records the reason and return. The returned credit follows newly added credit validity from that date. If the request progressed to link availability, this automatic return rule does not apply.

I removed a Sendler account

Check the accepted tariff. Under current terms, a reduction can produce a prorated credit against a later invoice. It is not an automatic card refund, and the minimum one-seat subscription can still apply.

I want to stop Sendler

The owner uses the billing portal. Under the current agreement, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and can be reversed before that date. Check the effective date actually shown for your subscription; older contract versions can differ.

Export the operational data you need before access ends. Current terms distinguish operational data from contractual, signature and accounting records retained for their required periods. The applicable agreement describes the detailed retention rules.

Does a signature error cancel my subscription?

No automatic cancellation should be assumed. Check the billing state and the signature-recovery options, then contact support if needed. Do not pay a second time to resolve an interrupted signature.

How do I dispute a charge?

Use the contact in Settings → Legal or the workspace support flow. Identify the workspace, invoice and issue without sending full card numbers or login secrets. The applicable contract and review determine the outcome; this guide does not promise a refund for every case.
