Legal documents and privacy
Find the applicable terms and understand Seatly’s intermediary role.
Purchased licences through B2B partners
Seatly purchases licences through B2B agreements with its supplier partners. Our sourcing model does not involve stolen licences, compromised accounts or access obtained through illegal means. Seatly acts as a commercial intermediary for these purchases. Read about licence provenance.
This describes the origin of the access. It does not itself establish publisher accreditation, redistribution authorization for every territory or approval of every use of a tool.
Who does what?
Seatly acts as a commercial intermediary for access to third-party solutions. It coordinates supplier sourcing, orders, activation requests and customer follow-up through its workspace. Seatly does not develop or operate LinkedIn or Sendler, and does not control their platform decisions.
| Party | Role and scope |
|---|---|
| Seatly | The Seatly workspace, order and billing follow-up, transmission of activation requests and the support or coordination expressly included in the agreed offer. |
| Suppliers | The supply and activation arrangements they undertake under the applicable agreements. Supplier involvement does not itself establish publisher authorization. |
| Third-party publishers | Their software, technical operation, feature changes, platform terms and account-access or restriction decisions. |
| Customer | Accurate account and billing information, authorized use of accounts and data, campaign content and compliance with applicable usage requirements. |
What is outside Seatly’s control?
Seatly cannot promise uninterrupted third-party availability, unchanged features or prices, campaign results, or immunity from account restrictions. An activation confirmation records the activation state; it is not a certification of legal compliance, reseller authorization or approval of your campaigns by the publisher.
A supplier or publisher incident can require investigation with that party. Contact Seatly for order and activation follow-up. Any remedy depends on the applicable agreement and law; the intermediary description does not remove Seatly’s own obligations or automatically transfer every risk to the customer.
Use only accounts and data you are authorized to administer. Follow the applicable provider terms and the obligations relevant to your campaigns.
Where are the documents?
Open Settings → Legal (Paramètres → Légal) for the platform terms, privacy information and tariff documents. A signed agreement and its accepted tariff version remain separate from the current general information. Simply reading a legal page does not sign a new contract.
The guides explain the workflow; the applicable signed documents and mandatory rules govern the agreement. A naming transition from Sendpilot to Sendler does not by itself amend it.
Does Seatly access my LinkedIn account?
Seatly does not collect or store your LinkedIn password, login cookies or 2FA codes. Adding an account record does not connect Seatly to your LinkedIn session. The CSM team uses workspace information to help with activation and service issues; Seatly does not give it a way to open your LinkedIn inbox or send messages as you. A separate connection to Sendler is governed by that third-party service’s permissions and terms. Read the access and privacy guide.
What data is involved?
Depending on the workflow, Seatly handles workspace and user details, permissions, LinkedIn account information, activation history, contract/signature records, billing information and operational notifications. Stripe handles payment processing; do not send full card details to support.
Personal data is not necessarily deleted immediately when access ends. Operational records, contracts and accounting documents can have different retention requirements. Use the applicable privacy notice and contract for the relevant rules.
What about data processing and my campaigns?
If you import or use data for campaigns, you remain responsible for your purposes and the required information to the people concerned. Where processing is carried out on your behalf, the relevant data-processing agreement should define the arrangement. A general help article or privacy notice is not a substitute for that agreement.
How can I request help or exercise a data right?
Use the contact displayed in Settings → Legal. State the request clearly and the workspace concerned; a proportionate identity check may be needed. Never include a password, one-time code or full payment-card number.
Can I resell access or use third-party logos as my own?
Do not infer resale, white-label or ownership rights from having a subscription. Product names and logos identify their respective owners and the distributed solutions. Discuss any separate commercial arrangement before offering it to your clients.
Distribution rights and regional pricing
Bulk purchasing, negotiated distributor terms and regional price differences explain a commercial model; they do not, by themselves, establish authorization for every offer. Eligibility and permitted territories depend on the applicable agreements. LinkedIn’s User Agreement requires consent for resale of service access. Request the relevant information for your intended purchase before ordering if your compliance or procurement process requires it.
