Recommend Seatly. Earn 10% on your referrals’ SaaS licence purchases over time.What does “lifetime” mean?
The programme is not limited to the first payment or a fixed number of subscription months. When a referred customer continues making eligible SaaS licence purchases through Seatly, those purchases can continue generating your 10% commission. If the customer stops spending, there is no new revenue on which to calculate a commission.
The scope is SaaS licences purchased through the Seatly marketplace. It does not mean all spending a person makes elsewhere. Do not assume that separate consulting or managed-campaign services are included in this licence programme.
A simple example
If a referred customer generates €200 of eligible licence revenue, your commission is €20. If they generate another €200 of eligible revenue the following month, that generates another €20. This illustrates the percentage; the programme’s commission base and recorded transactions determine the actual amount.
How is the tracking connected to Stripe?
Seatly uses Referly as its affiliate partner, with Stripe connected for payment-related tracking. The personal referral link identifies the affiliate; attributed purchases and recurring payments support the commission record. Referly documents its payment and recurring-commission integrations.
Use your partner portal to follow the records transparently. A tracked referral is not itself a paid commission: payment, validation and payout are distinct stages. Consult the portal and programme terms for payout timing, thresholds, methods, tax treatment and how refunds or disputes affect commissions. Stripe-connected tracking does not mean every affiliate is paid directly through Stripe.
Self-referral is prohibited
You must not use your own affiliate link to earn commission on your own purchases. Self-referral is prohibited. If it is detected, all commissions of the affiliate concerned are revoked—not only the commission on the self-referred purchase.
Creating another account or routing your own purchase through another identity does not make it a genuine third-party referral. The programme is intended to reward recommendations that bring new customers, not to provide a personal discount on your own purchases.
A referral or commission is missing
Check that you shared the personal link from your Seatly partner portal and that the customer used it. Compare the transaction date and status before assuming a tracking issue. Contact support with the relevant referral and transaction reference if something looks wrong; do not promise yourself a manual reassignment or an immediate payout.
