Sendler seats and billing

Understand connected accounts, the minimum seat and changes during the month.

What counts as a seat?

A Sendler seat corresponds to a LinkedIn account synchronized with the campaign tool, under the accepted contract. It is not the number of Seatly collaborators. A connected account can count even if no campaign is currently running.

Seat counts are reconciled daily. Changes may therefore take time to appear in Seatly. The current offer has a minimum of one seat while the subscription is active, even when no account is connected.

What happens when I add an account?

Additional connected accounts can increase the billed seat count. Under the current contract, additions are billed for the remaining part of the billing period. Check the accepted tariff and the resulting invoice.

What happens when I disconnect an account?

Under the current contract, reductions can generate a prorated credit applied to a later invoice. This is not an automatic refund to the payment card. Older accepted contract versions can apply a reduction at the next renewal instead. The version signed for your workspace is the reference.

Stopping a campaign is not the same as disconnecting the account. Removing a Seatly collaborator is also not the same as removing a billable Sendler seat.

Why is the count different from what I expected?

Check the connected accounts in Sendler, the last synchronization time and the contractual minimum. If the count is still unexpected after reconciliation, send support the workspace and relevant account list. Do not reconnect accounts repeatedly while the state is updating.

Can I cancel the subscription by removing every account?

No. The minimum seat and the subscription remain separate. Use the billing cancellation flow and check its effective date. See Cancellations and credits.
