Common questions
Quick answers across setup, access, billing and support.
Before choosing an offer
Does Seatly make LinkedIn or Sendler? No. Seatly is an intermediary distributing access to those third-party solutions. Understand the solutions.
Do I need both? Not necessarily. Choose according to the features you need. Buying a LinkedIn licence does not activate Sendler, and a Sendler seat does not activate a LinkedIn licence. Compare routes.
Can someone manage my campaigns? Discuss the managed package, starting from €600/month excluding tax, and agree the scope. Managed campaigns.
Getting started
Must I buy during onboarding? No; the licence step can be skipped. Set up the workspace.
When do I receive the €15 discount? It is applied manually at the onboarding appointment when applicable, not automatically at booking. Onboarding offer.
Can I upload a workspace logo? No upload control is currently offered in workspace settings. Workspace and branding.
Does inviting a colleague increase Sendler seats? A Seatly collaborator and a connected sending account are different. Collaborators.
Activation and daily operations
Why is Assign a licence disabled? Check the tooltip for an existing request, an occupied licence or the 28-day interval. Activation troubleshooting.
Can I activate after the four-hour deadline? Do not assume a late link still works. Contact support before the deadline if there is an issue. LinkedIn activation.
I paid for Sendler. Why am I waiting? Signature and provisioning/invitation confirmation are separate from payment. Sendler activation.
Does Delivered mean my licence is active? No; it describes the notification delivery. Notification statuses.
Does my reminder renew or pay for the licence? No. Renewal reminders.
Money and documents
Which price applies? Check your actual checkout and accepted tariff rather than assuming eligibility for every website example. Pricing.
Why pay for a Sendler account with no campaign? A synchronized account can count as a seat, and a one-seat minimum applies while subscribed. Seat rules.
Where are invoice PDFs? In Settings → Billing when a PDF is available. Invoices.
Is a returned credit a card refund? No. Credits, cancellations and refunds.
Licence provenance: is it legal, or is the access stolen?
Seatly purchases licences through B2B agreements with its supplier partners. Our model does not use stolen licences, compromised accounts or illegally obtained access. Seatly acts as a commercial intermediary, with savings based on negotiated purchasing terms. This sourcing statement is separate from publisher accreditation, territorial redistribution rights and permitted tool usage. Read the full answer.
Legal and support
Are restrictions by the third-party provider impossible? No guarantee of that is made. Legal and privacy.
Do my records disappear immediately when I cancel? Different operational and legal records follow different retention rules. Legal and privacy.
Can I resell or white-label access? Do not assume such rights are included. Discuss a specific agreement with the team. Self-service scope.
Why are your prices lower than buying directly?
Seatly groups purchasing volumes and negotiates distributor terms through supplier partners. Some offers also reflect regional price differences, subject to the licence’s territory and eligibility rules. The savings come from sourcing; Seatly does not publish the underlying software. See how our pricing works.
Is geographic pricing the same as permission to resell?
No. A regional price difference and a distribution authorization are separate matters. The applicable provider terms and supplier rights must cover the offer and customer territory. Ask for the relevant evidence if required by your purchasing policy. See pricing and eligibility.
Does Seatly operate the tools or guarantee their decisions?
No. Seatly coordinates supplier sourcing, orders and activation follow-up as a commercial intermediary. Third-party publishers operate the tools and decide their features and account rules. Seatly cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, campaign results or the absence of restrictions. Seatly’s own agreed services and applicable obligations remain in place. See roles and responsibilities.
Can outreach continue when my computer is off?
Supported cloud tasks run on the provider’s infrastructure, within the configured schedule and while the account connection remains valid. Reconnection or a 2FA challenge can still require your intervention. See cloud automation.
Does a paid LinkedIn licence include unlimited messages or a contact database export?
No. Search features, InMail credits and messaging limits are separate. Research access does not grant unrestricted export or access to private contact details. See licence benefits and quotas.
Can I earn money by recommending Seatly?
Yes. The programme offers 10% of the revenue from your referred customers’ eligible SaaS licence purchases through the Seatly marketplace, for the lifetime of the referral, including subsequent purchases and renewals. Tracking is available through the Referly partner portal connected to Stripe. Join the affiliate programme.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referral is prohibited. If detected, all commissions of the affiliate concerned are revoked. It is not a way to obtain a discount on your own purchases. Affiliate rules.
Can Seatly or its CSM team log in to my LinkedIn account?
No LinkedIn login is granted by adding a record to Seatly. Seatly does not collect or store your LinkedIn password, login cookies or 2FA codes. The CSM team uses workspace information to troubleshoot licences and activation; the Seatly workspace does not expose your LinkedIn inbox or let it send messages as you. Connecting LinkedIn to a separate automation provider is a different workflow. Credentials and support access.
