Collaborators and permissions
Separate workspace access, LinkedIn account holders and billable Sendler seats.
Three different kinds of access
| Term | What it represents | Is it automatically a Sendler seat? |
|---|---|---|
| Seatly collaborator | A person invited to the Seatly workspace | No |
| LinkedIn account record | The person/account receiving a LinkedIn licence | No |
| Connected Sendler account | A LinkedIn account synchronized with the campaign tool | Yes, under the applicable seat rules |
Inviting a teammate does not itself activate a licence or connect a billable sending account.
Who can do what?
The owner manages the workspace, collaborator invitations, subscription decisions and contractual activation. Other roles receive the actions made available to them in the interface. Managers can also book onboarding. The collaborator screen currently offers no role selector or ownership-transfer control.
If a billing or contract action is unavailable, ask the owner. Do not share the owner’s login to work around access controls.
Invite or remove a collaborator
The owner can invite a collaborator by email, review pending invitations and cancel an invitation that is no longer needed. Existing collaborators can be paused, restored or removed through the available controls and confirmation dialog.
Removing Seatly access is different from disconnecting a sending account in Sendler or cancelling a subscription. Review those separately if someone leaves your team.
A teammate cannot get in
Check the invited email address, the selected workspace, whether the invitation is still pending and whether the person is paused. Ask the owner to review the membership before creating another workspace.
