Subscriptions and billing changes
Find the right billing action without mixing LinkedIn credits and Sendler seats.
Where do I manage billing?
Open Settings → Billing (Paramètres → Facturation). The owner can use the available Stripe Billing portal actions to review payment methods, subscription details and cancellation options. A manager may have invoice-viewing access without being able to change a subscription.
Stripe is the payment service. LinkedIn and Sendler subscriptions are separate services even when your Seatly workspace brings them together.
How do changes take effect?
| Change | Rule to check |
|---|---|
| Add LinkedIn capacity | Additions can be invoiced immediately for a full month. Review the proposed change before confirming. |
| Reduce LinkedIn capacity | The reduction is scheduled for renewal under the displayed terms; it does not erase past usage. |
| Add a Sendler connected account | Prorated charges for the remaining period under the accepted seat agreement. |
| Remove a Sendler connected account | Current agreements can issue a prorated credit for a later invoice; older versions may apply the reduction at renewal. |
The workspace’s accepted documents and displayed confirmation are the reference for your particular plan.
Payment pending or failed
An open or unpaid invoice is not proof that a change has taken effect. Complete any bank authentication or recovery step shown in billing. Review the existing invoice before starting another purchase to avoid duplicate orders.
Why can’t I open the portal?
Check that you are the owner and that the workspace has an eligible billing setup. The portal can be temporarily unavailable or a migration can be in progress. Ask support; do not create a second subscription just to regain access to billing.
Can I change company or card details?
Use the available billing portal controls for payment and billing details. A workspace-name change does not automatically rewrite issued invoices or signed contracts. Ask the team about corrections to historical documents.
