Where do our licences come from?

Purchased licences, B2B supplier agreements and Seatly’s intermediary role.

Are these purchased licences or stolen access?

Seatly purchases licences through B2B agreements with its supplier partners. Our sourcing model is based on paid commercial transactions, not stolen licences, compromised accounts or access obtained through illegal means.

Seatly acts as a commercial intermediary: it coordinates sourcing, the order, activation requests and customer follow-up. LinkedIn and Sendler remain third-party solutions operated by their respective publishers.

Why can the price be lower?

The price is based on purchasing volumes and negotiated supplier terms. Some offers also reflect regional price differences, subject to the applicable eligibility and territorial conditions. A lower price is not explained by stolen access. See how our pricing works.

It establishes Seatly’s stated sourcing model: licences bought through B2B supplier agreements, rather than stolen or illicitly obtained access. It is not a claim of publisher accreditation or a universal legal opinion on every transaction, territory or use of a tool.

A B2B purchase agreement and a publisher’s authorization to redistribute are distinct matters. Product terms, permitted territories and any required distribution rights still apply. Purchasing access does not authorize prohibited automation or guarantee that a publisher will never restrict an account. See roles and applicable terms.

What can I ask before ordering?

Contact Seatly with the product and intended use if your purchasing process needs clarification about the offer, invoice, eligibility or applicable terms. Do not infer a specific accreditation or territorial authorization from the existence of an invoice alone.
