Cloud automation, sequences and inboxes
Keep outreach organized without maintaining your own automation infrastructure.
Cloud automation moves supported scheduled tasks from your computer to the provider’s hosted environment. Your laptop does not need to stay open for those tasks to run. You concentrate on audiences, messages and replies instead of maintaining a local automation machine.
It can work while you are away—or asleep—within the schedule you set. That does not mean continuous sending: execution still depends on valid sessions, account checks, configured limits and service availability.
What does the provider manage?
Sendpilot’s team describes cloud infrastructure with separate account sessions, encrypted session data and proxy routing. These are provider statements, not an independent Seatly security audit. See the provider’s security explanation.
| Technical topic | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Hosting and scheduled workers | No server or always-on personal computer to maintain for hosted tasks. |
| Cookies and sessions | Connection state can be managed by the tool, but expiry or revocation can still require you to reconnect. Never send session cookies to support. |
| Cache and browser environment | Maintenance belongs to the hosted service; you are not expected to troubleshoot an automation browser yourself. |
| Browser fingerprint | Technical characteristics of a session. We do not promise a particular fingerprinting method or an undetectable session. |
| Proxies and network routing | Provider-side connectivity, subject to its configuration. This is not permission to falsify your location or bypass territorial requirements. |
| Two-factor authentication | You may still need to approve a legitimate login or complete a challenge yourself. Keep 2FA enabled; cloud hosting does not remove it. |
Seatly coordinates access and support follow-up as an intermediary. The third-party provider operates the automation infrastructure.
Plan messages and update sequences
A sequence organizes steps, message content and delays. Write for a specific audience, check personalization fields and review the sender before starting. When you change an active sequence, verify which queued or future steps the tool will update—editing a template does not recall messages already sent.
Pause a campaign before substantial changes. Review reply handling so a person who has answered is not left in an inappropriate automated follow-up. Route interested replies to a team member rather than treating every response as an automatic booking.
One place to follow several conversations
The provider describes a unified inbox across sending accounts, with filters by account, campaign and conversation status. This helps you review multiple mailboxes without repeatedly switching between them. See its inbox overview.
Use that central view as a daily review queue: identify conversations awaiting your answer, revisit threads without a next step, and record who will follow up. Do not assume every “forgotten message” is automatically detected; use the filters and statuses actually available in your workspace.
Orchestrate several accounts
Connect only accounts you are authorized to operate. Keep sender identities, audiences and campaign ownership clear. Before replying, check which account will send the message. Coordinate contact lists to avoid approaching the same person from several accounts unnecessarily.
Multiple accounts can be managed from the same workspace, but their sessions, restrictions and billed seats remain distinct. Adding senders is not a way to bypass a restricted account. Review seat billing before connecting more accounts.
What does “safe” mean here?
Managed infrastructure can reduce the technical work you do yourself. It does not make LinkedIn automation risk-free or approved by LinkedIn. LinkedIn states that third-party software which automates activity on its website is prohibited and can lead to restrictions. Read LinkedIn’s automated-activity policy.
Protect access with strong authentication and limited team permissions. If LinkedIn issues a warning, stop the affected automation and follow its instructions rather than attempting to evade the restriction. No proxy, pacing setting, paid licence or cloud setup guarantees protection from suspension.
