Prices and choosing an offer
Compare public starting prices with the quote and tariff that apply to your workspace.
Why can Seatly cost less?
Seatly is a commercial intermediary, not the publisher or technical operator of the tools. Our purchasing model combines three sources of savings, depending on the offer available:
Volume purchasing
We group purchasing volumes through supplier partners to negotiate lower unit costs.Distributor pricing
We build the customer offer from negotiated distribution terms, rather than simply matching an individual retail subscription.Regional price differences
Supplier offers can reflect different market prices. Availability depends on the product, territory and eligibility conditions. These are sourcing advantages, not a promise that every licence has the same discount. The offer, duration, eligibility and total price are shown before purchase. Seatly remains your contact for the purchase and activation follow-up; the third-party publisher operates the solution.
Does a lower price mean stolen or illegally obtained access?
No. Seatly purchases licences through B2B agreements with supplier partners. Our sourcing model is based on paid purchases, not stolen licences, compromised accounts or illicitly obtained access. The lower price reflects commercial sourcing terms. Licence provenance.
What about publisher authorization?
A price difference alone does not establish whether an offer is authorized. What matters is the supplier’s distribution rights, the permitted territory and the conditions attached to the licence. Geographic price differences do not automatically make a licence transferable between countries.
LinkedIn’s User Agreement recognizes location-based price differences and requires its consent for resale of service access. Seatly makes no claim here of LinkedIn accreditation, verified resale authorization or universal legal compliance. The intermediary description does not replace the rights required for the transaction. If your procurement team needs evidence of eligibility or distribution rights for a specific offer, request it before ordering.
Use your own accurate account and billing information. These guides do not ask you to change your country, share an account or bypass provider eligibility requirements. Read about the applicable terms.
Public reference prices
The following monthly starting prices were reviewed against Seatly’s published offer data on 2 November 2026. Amounts are excluding tax and describe the public presentation, not a promise that every account or contract qualifies.
| Offer | Public starting point | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn Business Premium | €24 / month | Product availability and included credits |
| Sales Navigator Core | €42 / month | Quantity, activation credits and billing period |
| Sendler, formerly Sendpilot | €49 / month for the initial seat | Signed seat tariff, account count and minimum |
| LinkedIn Outbound pack | €79 / month | Included LinkedIn licence and Sendler seat, with separate activation flows |
| Managed campaigns | From €600 / month | Agreed account volumes, tools and operational scope |
Which price takes priority?
Review the actual offer, checkout total, accepted tariff annex and signed agreement attached to your workspace. The website’s volume or promotional examples do not silently replace an existing contract. Annual or volume discounts should only be assumed when they are actually offered and applied to your order.
Are tax and discounts included?
The comparison above is excluding tax. Applicable tax, eligible discounts and the payable total are displayed at checkout and on the invoice. Do not calculate your final bill from the marketing table alone.
Why can the amount change when I change quantities?
LinkedIn additions and Sendler seat adjustments have different rules. LinkedIn additions can be billed immediately for a full month; Sendler additions use the remaining period under the applicable seat agreement. See billing and Sendler seats.
What about the €15 onboarding offer?
It is applied manually during the onboarding appointment to the first subscription month when applicable. Booking alone does not send an automatic coupon. See onboarding.
